SEJ Studio is run by Sarah Joseph, a designer who has spent over five years behind a sewing machine. She cut and sewed every piece you see on this site.
Until now her work has mostly reached people who already know her. This studio is where anyone can bring an idea, an old favourite that needs saving, or an occasion that needs the right outfit.

How long will my order take?
Most orders are ready within 7 days. If yours will take longer, we will let you know.
Do you take urgent orders?
Yes. Urgent orders carry a priority fee. Tick "This is urgent" on your request and tell us the date you need it.
Do you deliver outside Ibadan?
Yes. We deliver outside Ibadan. Add your location to your request and we will share the details with you.
Can I bring my own fabric?
Yes. If you do not have fabric, we can get it for you. Choose the option you want on your request.
Do you sew for children?
Yes. We take custom orders for children as well as women.
Do you sew for men?
Our custom sewing is for women and children. We refit and repair clothes for both men and women.
Can you fix clothes I already own?
Yes. We take in, let out, shorten and mend clothes. Send a refit or repair request and tell us what needs doing.
Can you make a style I saw online?
Add the picture to your request and we will tell you what can be done.
Do I need to know my measurements?
No. Add them to your request if you know them. If you do not, we will guide you on WhatsApp.
Do you make accessories?
Yes. We make bonnets and headbands by hand.
